Volumes is my final project of my third year, and my biggest. The aim was to conceptualize an editorial line and produce the first issue. Volumes is a magazine about contemporary design movements. The magazine is divided into three parts: industrial design, architecture and art. Each part features a portfolio of works from around the world, and zooms in on a designer and his or her achievements. It also features four different young designers, depending on the issue and movement. The first issue focuses on biomorphic and organic design. This design draws inspiration from nature to create technological and visual innovations.
As this is a non-profit project, I didn't personally take the photos in the magazine.
